In Cash flow, open Transfers and type the amount.

From and to
Pick the box the money leaves, then the box it goes to.

A note
Add a few words, like Cash banked at Equity.

Make the transfer
Press Make transfer.

In the history
Both balances change. A transfer is not counted as money in or spent.
